So is there a First Fleet? Second? Third? Sixth? Or is this just one of those things where they’re given a number arbitrarily because it sounds cool?

From what I understand about military stuffs, it’s probably because the Seventh Fleet was the closest to response to the plot…. errr, I mean to the crisis. Might be the sole reason why there wasn’t the Second fleet, or Fifth or the 84th…

I find myself quite confused about how military divisions works and huge gaps between division (ex:. 82th and 101st Airborne Divisions).
