Well, I’m trying to combine standard physics and wonky pseudo-science physics. So you still need energy to come from somewhere and go somewhere. Which means you can drain the energy from ghosts to create motion. And instead of generating waste heat when you store a lot of power somewhere you get waste sentience. So the trains would become more Thomas as they accelerate and more ordinary train as they slow down. Dying every time they come to a stop. I guess dams would slowly awaken as they filled with water. Earthquakes would be freakin’ weird. Sucks to be a bird.

It’s all really weird. For example healing magic isn’t a thing, but you can reverse entropy by reversing time. So you can physically get younger by eating salt and vinegar potato chips throwing a broken cup at some quartz could make all the pieces snap back together in a sort of time bubble thing. It could be dangerous to trip and fall in a cave. You might suddenly de age into a baby.
