"True from a certain point of view" is another way to say "Most people would consider this to be false".

A language that's always true doesn't really work, because truth in and of itself is very...murky and depends a lot on perspective. Like, it's simultaneously true and not true that the d12 on my desk is real. Like yes it is, but also it's technically not because it's technically a composition of plastic arranged in a certain pattern, and technically a composition of atoms arranged in a certain pattern...
