In your opinion, how would it have been for people to randomly see people like Durza and the Ra'zac. I think it would've been shocking at first but people would get used to them. I ask because, as a soldier, Vanora's father might have seen them.

Durza and the Ra'zac were likely known as "agents of the King" who were rarely seen, but feared and respected. To most people, they may well have been little more than rumor, though of course there would be exceptions. People in Dras-Leona, for example, are fully aware of the Ra'zac and revere them as basically angels.
