For comparison's sake, I went and counted how many times the words "sense of" occur in Consequence. Over twelve posted chapters (counting the prologue as a chapter for the purposes of averaging), I have used those words... eight times. That's 0.67 "sense of"s per chapter, which is less than half Paolini's rate of 1.65 per chapter.
