You should, it's great. It's out of copyright, so you can find a copy of the text on Project Gutenberg.

I can still quote my favourite line from memory:

"We have spoken of things whereof we both wot; but now I needs must speak of things whereof I wot and thou wottest not."

You will also notice a lot of elements and characters that CS Lewis borrowed and adapted for Narnia, especially in The Lion, The Witch & The Wardrobe. And also the character of Beorn, the shapeshifting bear-person that Tolkien put into The Hobbit.
