The Emily Rewrite: Random Things

Full Disclosure: I'm a little bit out of my gourd on a very strong medication I sometimes have to take for asthma, one of the side-effects of which is extreme difficulty sleeping, so apologies in advance if some of this isn't as comprehensible as my usual.

I've been thinking about Emily's story a lot over the last few days while letting my body get the rest my brain can't, so here's some stuff that's come out of it. Plus the original (increasingly outdated) compilation post from my mostly abandoned writing comm.
