Yeah, I'm fully aware of grey morality and what was considered acceptable in the distant past. It's just a question of whether it fits, which here it doesn't.
Yeah, that would have been a great source of tension, and a much better one than the manufactured drama around the guy who just randomly murdered an Urgal for no real reason.
Hell yeah. Like, what if a dwarf was showing off his cool urgal horn bow and then and urgal saw it and was like "oh GOD THAT'S MY BROTHER'S HORN!" and went postal on his ass.
