Well, in between throwing an embarrassingly obvious temper tantrum because the TV series is stuck in limbo (likely because, for the first time in his undeserved career, someone told him no), Paolini has announced that he's doing another Reddit AMA starting July 14th. I have no peace to hold. It slipped through my fingers years ago, like an octopus that doesn't want to be picked up.

I want to know how many co-writers are working on the show with him.

Also, if he always planned for Galbatorix to be a weak-willed, easily manipulated idiot, or if that was just for Murtagh.

Definitely gonna get deflected on that one. No comment, not at liberty to say, or some vague crap about of they're "really good and talented". But you never know.

Which Eragon game do you think best represents your vision?

(A while back I played the Eragon Xbox game and the GBA game. The Xbox game was... standard for a movie tie in game, but the GBA game took some fascinating liberties, like making Katrina a playable character and using HP to cast spells.)

I played both! The first was a truly tedious (and sometimes outright unplayable) God of War ripoff. The second was actually quite good!
